Let's sing together!

Give your child the power of musical play with Lullula's music courses for ages zero to five years.

In each six-week course, your child builds the foundation of a lifetime love of music.

Courses take place at CARÁ in Berlin – Kreuzberg.
All classes are led in both English and German.

"The most wonderful music classes I have ever been to. I can just recommend this to everyone"

– Lu

“Jeder fühlt sich willkommen und gesehen, die Kinder staunen und bewundern wie die Lehrerin so singt und tanzt. Jede Woche haben wir uns auf die Stunde gefreut und wir gingen beschwingt und inspiriert nach Hause.”

– Lena

“The best hour of the week for me and my baby"

– Elisabeth

“Wunderbar arrangierte und auf die Bedürfnisse der Kinder ausgerichtete Musikklassen. Klassisch ausgebildete Sängerinnen führen durch die Stunde, in der sich aktivere und passivere Passagen abwechseln, sodass die Kinder genügend Gelegenheit haben alle Sinne zu gebrauchen.”

– Juliane

About Lullula's Courses

In a Lullula course, your child receives the foundation of a lifetime love of music.

Each course is drawn from Lululla's own curriculum: rooted in the natural world, classical music, and the child's earliest process of vocal development.

Each week of our 6-week courses explores a new element of the course theme while building on the previous week – like a musical storybook.

Each 45-minute class is filled with classical music, song, movement, play, and ensemble-building. Our classes are focused to the needs of specific age groups and developmental phases in the room with us.

Attentive teaching and our curriculum create the opportunity for each child to discover their inner musician and voice.

  • Our classes are highly structured and incorporate recurring elements, exercises, characters, songs, and games.

  • Your child will get to know a wide range of classical repertoire through its characters, stories, and musical material – in addition to songs and rhymes in English and German.

  • Our trained teachers support your child in their individual process of vocal discovery from their very first sounds to singing songs.

Do you offer make-up classes?
Plus icon

If you miss a class or several classes of a 6-week course due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, please reach out to us.

However, please understand that we are not able to offer a make-up class as an official part of our course policy.

What languages are the classes in?
Plus icon

All our classes are held in a combination of German and English. We sing and offer instruction in both languages and we make sure that everyone (particularly every child) feels comfortable and included.

All our teachers are fluent in both languages (sometimes more) and are happy to discuss the balance of languages in class if you have feedback!

Should parents / caregivers attend class?
Plus icon

Yes! Caregivers are an integral part of classes at Lullula.

In fact, we encourage full-hearted and creative participation from every person in class. Participation from a beloved caregiver in music and singing is a very efficient way for children to learn and develop their own musical skills – and studies show that singing from a caregiver accelerates brain development in babies!

Even for older children, active involvement in class from a caregiver encourages children to trust their own instincts and go even farther with their musical discovery.

Do I need to have any experience to join?
Plus icon

No! Previous musical experience is not required for any of our classes.

What do I need to bring to class?
Plus icon

If you’re traveling to class with a baby buggy or stroller, please bring a bike lock for securing your stroller outside. (Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate buggies inside our class space).

We also recommend bringing a pair of non-slip socks or soft-soled shoes for you and your child if possible!
